Rijo Murali

Rijo Murali is a seasoned professional in the field of strategic alliances and business growth, currently serving as the Director - Strategic Alliances & Growth for Reed & Willow since January 2025, focusing on initiatives across India and the UAE. Prior to this role, Rijo was the Head of Growth at Peoplefy for nearly eleven years, leading client acquisition and marketing efforts with expertise in RPO and permanent hiring solutions. Rijo's earlier career includes positions such as Senior Business Development Manager at First Advantage and Assistant Manager Business Development at Tech Mahindra Business Services. Rijo holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai and completed SSC/HSC at St. Xavier's High School.
