Atanas Gizdev

Atanas Gizdev has extensive experience as a Chief Engineer and 2nd Engineer in the shipping industry. Atanas started their career at STAMCO in 2005, where they worked as an Engine Cadet, 4th Engineer, 3rd Engineer, and 2nd Engineer until 2011. Atanas then joined Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement as a 2nd Engineer from 2011 to 2013. After that, they worked for Grimaldi Group as a 2nd Engineer from 2013 to 2014, and as a Chief Engineer from 2014 to 2015. Atanas then moved on to Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement again, where they worked as a Chief Engineer from 2015 to 2016. Since 2016, they have been serving as the Chief Engineer at REEDEREI NORD GmbH.

Atanas Gizdev earned a Master of Engineering - MEng degree from Vische voennomorsko utchilichte 'N.Y. Vaptzarov' between 1997 and 2002. Their field of study was Engineering.
