Kay-Uwe Schumacher

Kay-Uwe Schumacher has a history of working in the logistics and shipping industry. Kay-Uwe started their career at MSC Germany S.A. as an Assistant in Intermodal/Logistics, Projects & Customs from September 2007 to January 2011. Kay-Uwe then moved to CSAV, where they held the role of Coordinator Logistics Planning North Europe from February 2011 to August 2012. Kay-Uwe later became a Global Tender Process Coordinator at CSAV from August 2012 to January 2014. Schumacher then joined United Arab Shipping Company (S.A.G.) as a Trade Financial Control Executive - Trade Management Unit (TMU) Europe from February 2014 to November 2015. Currently, they work at NSB Group as a Shipping Coordinator since December 2015 and is now also serving as the Global Logistics Specialist/Deputy Head of Global Sourcing & Logistics starting in February 2022.

Kay-Uwe Schumacher completed their education from 2001 to 2003 at Senator Lines GmbH, where they obtained a degree in Schifffahrtskaufmann. Following this, from 2003 to 2007, they attended Hochschule Flensburg and earned a Diplom Kaufmann degree in Beschaffung, Verkehr und Logistik.
