Tatyana Kladko

Tatyana Kladko is a seasoned professional in sales operations and crewing management with extensive experience in the maritime industry. Currently serving as Supervisor of Sales Operations and Coordinator for NSB Academy at NSB GROUP since August 2022, Tatyana has previously held key roles including Administrative Assistant at Wallem Group, where support was provided to the Marine Human Resource Department and the Wallem Marine Training Center. Earlier positions include Head of Crewing Department at KDM Shipping PLC, Crew Operator at MSC Crewing Agency Ltd, and a financial role at CMA CGM, along with serving as Office Manager at Via Multima Ltd. Tatyana holds a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature from Odessa I.I.Mechnikov National University.
