Shaun Harris is an Information Technology Business Analyst and Project Manager at REEDS Jewelers since March 2022, specializing in collaboration with clients, developers, engineers, and project stakeholders to define project scope, outline product requirements, and manage development priorities using Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies. Prior to REEDS Jewelers, Shaun served as a Regional Resource Associate at PNC from August 2018 to March 2022. Shaun holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications and a minor in Business Administration from East Carolina University, as well as an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Cape Fear Community College. Currently, Shaun is pursuing a Diploma in Software and Web Development at Cape Fear Community College, expected to complete in December 2024.
