Joey Rodriguez

Joey Rodriguez, Sr. currently serves as the Code Enforcement Officer for the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District and has held multiple roles including Manager/Building Official and Interim Building Official. In addition, Joey has experience as Secretary for the Central Florida Building Officials Association of Florida and as President of Pine Chase Estates HOA. Professional contributions include serving as Treasurer for the Building Officials Association of Florida Central Florida Chapter and holding positions as Deputy Fire Marshal and Lead Building Inspector with Seminole County Government. Joey's educational background includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from Valencia College and a Certificate in Fire Prevention and Arson Investigation from Central Florida Fire Academy.
