Sierk Oudemans

Sierk Oudemans, GISP, currently serves as a Code Enforcement Officer and Public Works Technician II for the City of Saint Paul since October 2020, focusing on Right of Way permitting needs. Prior experience includes managing cleaning accounts as an Assistant Manager at 360clean and serving as an Area Analysis Project Manager at Gensler Information Systems, where project relationships and deliverables were key responsibilities. Sierk also has experience as an Application Developer and Programmer Analyst, developing tools to improve operational efficiency. Earlier roles include significant contributions at Ruekert-Mielke, Inc. as a GIS Analyst and Technician, and as a CAD Technician at Robinson Engineering LTD. Sierk began a career as an Architectural Model Maker and Toy and Game Designer before earning a Bachelor of Science in Product Design from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
