Sarah Clarin is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Reedy Industries, where she leads the development of an enterprise-wide HR and talent strategy to support the company’s aggressive growth. Partnering with the senior leadership team, she is focused on accelerating how to attract, develop, and engage talent to provide critical support to customers in reducing maintenance costs, optimizing asset performance, and improving energy efficiency. Building on over a century of the organization attracting the best talent, Sarah will lead the build-out of a talent pipeline that will reshape the future of technician workforce availability.

Previously, Sarah served as Chief HR Officer at SunSource in Addison, IL, where she developed the HR strategy and infrastructure to support over $1 billion in acquisitions. This included creating a multi-channel talent acquisition strategy, launching the SunSource University for training, and establishing best practices in talent management, benefits, compensation, and acquisition diligence and integration. She launched her career at Hendrickson International, where she gained experience in establishing HR best practices across the enterprise and became deeply engaged in employee relations and recruitment. Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Elmhurst University in 2004 and an MBA in leadership and change management from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University in 2009. Additionally, she has completed the University of Michigan Advanced HR Executive program. Sarah is engaged in the local community and serves on the Board of Trustees at Elmhurst University.
