Bill Delaney

Bill Delaney currently serves as the City Council Liaison for Mayor Donna Deegan in the City of Jacksonville, providing policy and legislative outreach to the Jacksonville City Council. As a published author, Bill Delaney's first book, "Secret Jacksonville: A Guide to the Weird, Wonderful and Obscure," was released in September 2021. Additionally, Bill Delaney is a co-owner and editorial contributor for both Edible Northeast Florida Magazine and The Jaxson Magazine, as well as co-owner of Modern Cities LLC. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at the University of North Florida, culminating in the position of Director of Strategy and Project Management. Bill Delaney holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in the same field, both from the University of North Florida.
