Eddy Forrest

Eddy Forrest is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and operations management. Currently serving as Managing Director and Broker in Charge at Reedy Property Group since February 2025, Eddy also holds the position of Operations and Services Director at HdL Companies since January 2023. Previous roles include Real Estate Broker at Leonard Ryden Burr Real Estate from July 2015 to December 2024 and various executive positions at DataMax, including President, Executive Vice President & COO, and Director of Operations from September 2017 to January 2023. Additionally, Eddy worked as District Sales Manager at Merchants Foodservice from May 2016 to September 2017 and served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at EG FORREST for eleven years. Eddy's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from East Carolina University, earned from 2017 to 2019, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from East Carolina University, completed in 2005, with prior studies at Texas Tech University.
