Chad DeCoursey

Chad DeCoursey has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Chad currently holds the position of Managing Director, Legal and Risk Management at Reef Capital Partners since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Risk Management at Reef Capital Partners from June 2022 to December 2022.

Before joining Reef Capital Partners, Chad worked at Reef-PCG, where they served as the Managing Director from June 2019 to June 2022. Chad also held the role of In-House Counsel at Reef-PCG from September 2018 to June 2022.

Chad's previous experience includes working at Select Fund Management as an In-House Counsel and Compliance Director from March 2015 to September 2018. Prior to that, they gained valuable experience working at Deloitte as an Audit Senior from August 2014 to March 2015, Audit Senior Assistant from April 2013 to August 2014, and as an International Tax Consultant from October 2012 to April 2013.

Chad began their professional career as an International Tax Intern at PwC in June 2011 and also worked as a Summer Honors Law Intern at the US Securities and Exchange Commission from May 2010 to July 2010. Chad's earliest experience can be traced back to an External Audit Internship at Deloitte & Touche LLP in June 2009.

Throughout their career, Chad has gained expertise in legal and risk management, compliance, audit, and tax.
