Kimberly Bayle has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kimberly started their career at ESPN, where they worked part-time at the X-Games managing premium viewing suites for key sponsors. Kimberly then joined Monster Energy as a Monster Ambassador before becoming a Field Sales Representative for the Hubert's Lemonade brand. At Monster Energy, they also served as a Region Account Manager, overseeing major convenience retailers on the West Coast.
After their time at Monster Energy, Kimberly moved on to SKLZ, where they worked as a Strategic Account Manager, managing regional and national sporting goods channels of business. Their responsibilities included seasonal go-to-market presentations and in-store marketing programs.
Currently, Kimberly is working at Reef as the Director of Sales- Key Accounts, where they are responsible for managing key accounts and leading the sales team. Their previous role at Reef was as a Key Account Manager, where they managed the Sporting Goods, Outdoor, and Family Footwear channels of business.
Throughout their career, Kimberly has demonstrated strong skills in sales, account management, strategic planning, and marketing execution.
Kimberly Bayle's education history includes completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2008 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Managerial Leadership at the University of San Diego - Knauss School of Business from 2016 to 2018.
