Steve Nass has solid work experience in the IT field, with a focus on systems administration and networking. Steve started their career as a Graphic Designer at Weekly Reader in 2008 before transitioning to IT support roles. Steve worked as an IT Support Specialist at Arkstar Inc., providing on-site computer diagnostics and repair as well as software support. Steve then joined TechFlow, Inc. in 2009, where they initially worked as a Software Support Analyst, providing technical support for government financial applications. Steve later became a Systems Administrator, collaborating with business users and supporting government systems, applications, databases, and services. In this role, they also administered various IT infrastructure components such as servers, firewalls, and storage systems.

At TechFlow, Inc., Steve was promoted to IT Manager in 2013. Steve managed the daily operations of the IT support department and supervised a support team. Steve also had financial responsibilities, such as annual budgeting and procurement.
