Terence Fong

Terence Fong is currently serving as the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Reef since April 2023. Prior to this role, Terence held various positions at Dickies®, a VF Company, from February 2008 to September 2022, including Vice President of Supply Chain Operations, where Terence led significant supply chain transformations and managed critical functions such as demand and supply planning, customer service, global production, and quality assurance. Terence also served as Vice President of Customer Experience, focusing on strategies to enhance customer loyalty and create integrated growth roadmaps. Earlier experience includes roles at Kurt Salmon Associates, where Terence directed client engagements for Fortune 1000 companies in supply chain performance. Terence holds an SB degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
