Jeannie Sousa, CADC, is a seasoned professional in healthcare operations and management with extensive experience in the defense sector. Currently serving as a Manager at ReefPoint Group since May 2024, Jeannie previously held significant roles at the Defense Health Agency, including Senior Executive to the Assistant Director for Operations, Strategy, Education & Training, and Senior Executive for the Director/Chief of Staff. Jeannie's prior experience includes senior executive positions at the Air Force Medical Service and the Air Combat Command, along with a solid background in behavioral health and mental health counseling. Jeannie holds a Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Excelsior University.
