Allan Pusch

Allan Pusch is the VP of Analytics at REEF. Allan has over 20 years of experience in the field of analytics and has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry. Allan started their career at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. as a Sr. Manager, Digital Analytics and Insights. In this role, they led a team of 10+ focused on enabling BI reporting and analytics across RCCL Excalibur digital project. Allan facilitated project data strategies for governance, design, implementation, integration and usage, providing business insights across the digital organization.

During their time at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., Allan managed and implemented hardware, software and processes for RCCL and the Excalibur project helping establish and executing a vision for delivery of information, analytics platforms and solutions to business’s key stakeholders. Allan coordinated the implementation and use of Tableau desktop, prep and server, TabPy server and R server in delivery of projects providing business with insights and ability to make effective data driven decisions. Allan also created pipelines which ingested data from multiple cloud environments, 3rd party APIs, legacy on premise systems, and ship-based datacenters. Allan built an AWS data lake and accompanying Redshift warehouse to transform and provide real-time analysis.

In addition to their work with hardware and software, Allan also coordinated and provided hands on development of Business dashboards, Hybris on-ship operational reports, Perfect day Island Operational reports, Engineering KPI Dashboard, AO Hubs Gaming Metrics, On Line Check In mobile dashboard, Mobile App Crash dashboard, TV dashboards.
