Michael Brown is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the food and beverage sector, currently serving as Director of Operations for REEF Europe since August 2021. Previous roles include Operational Director at Sourced Market and Director of Food and Beverage at Big Easy Restaurants, where Michael emphasized brand development and new product development. Michael's expertise also includes revitalizing national brands such as Loch Fyne Seafood & Grill and successfully relaunching Harry Ramsden’s and Fishworks at Boparan Restaurant Group. With a hospitality degree from City of Glasgow College, Michael previously held critical positions at John Lewis Partnership as Head of Food and Group Executive Chef, overseeing multiple restaurant openings and culinary operations.
