Raphael Marcy

Raphael Marcy currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at REEL since May 2023, contributing to the organization's growth across four continents in complex handling systems. Additionally, Raphael holds the position of Administrator at Groupe APICIL and President of The Adecco Group Alumni while maintaining a significant role in The Adecco Group. Raphael previously spent a decade at Groupe SEB in various HR leadership roles, overseeing significant HR projects and regional management for APAC and Eurasia. Raphael's early career includes several HR roles at Groupe Hersant Média and Comareg. Raphael completed a Master II at Université Lumière Lyon 2 and participated in the Senior Leadership Program at INSEAD.
