Shweta I. is currently a Master of Biomedical Sciences candidate at Rutgers University and an aspiring physician with a robust background in public health, clinical science, and community-centered care. Previously, Shweta served as a Primary Care Practice Assistant at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and as a Medical Scribe at CITYMD, where they contributed to patient care and documentation efforts. Shweta has also held various research and leadership positions, including a Graduate Research Assistant role focused on implicit bias in healthcare. Committed to health equity, Shweta actively engages in community service and advocacy for underserved populations.
