Katy Schuck

Katy Schuck has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries.

Katy is currently a co-founder and COO at Reelist, a company focused on hiring Gen Z and Millennial employees based on culture and fit.

Prior to that, they served as a mentor/advisor at 757 Accelerate, a non-profit startup accelerator program. Their role involved providing startups with customized resources and capital to help them grow.

Before joining 757 Accelerate, Katy worked as a consultant for an undisclosed company from 2015 to 2019.

Prior to their consulting role, they were the VP of Strategy and Marketing at SnappCloud from 2010 to 2014.

From 2006 to 2010, Katy served as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at ARPU, Inc.

Katy began their career as the Executive Director of Premium Services at AOL from 2003 to 2006. In this role, they focused on identifying, building, marketing, and managing paid services. Katy also played a key role in identifying, evaluating, and negotiating joint ventures and strategic alliances for AOL's content business.

Katy's professional journey started at Oliver Wyman (formerly Mercer Management Consulting) where they worked as a Senior Associate from 1997 to 2003.

Katy Schuck holds a Master's degree in International Economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia, where they earned a BA in International Relations, French, and Asian Studies.
