Yulia Kletsova is a seasoned professional in the tech and real estate sectors, currently serving as a Founding Board Member for the Dubai PropTech Business Group since June 2024, where the focus is on innovating the real estate industry through technology. As Chief Operating Officer at Reelly.io since August 2022, Yulia has been instrumental in optimizing operational strategies for global business scalability.
