Sneha Ramdeo

Sneha Ramdeo is an accomplished professional with a strong background in customer success, business development, and merchandising. Currently serving as a Customer Success Specialist at Reelo since June 2025, Sneha previously held the position of Business Development Manager at Zimnaya Organics, where responsibilities included market analysis, client relationship management, and sales strategies. Prior to that, Sneha worked as a Merchandiser at Basant Handicrafts in India from April 2019 to November 2023. Sneha holds an MBA in Operations Management and Supervision from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, completed in June 2023, as well as a BA in English Language and Literature from Gujarat University, obtained in March 2019.
