Vytenis Krukonis has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Vytenis began their career as a Valet Attendant at Ultimate Parking LLC., where they provided customer service to local patrons and high-end clientele. Vytenis then worked as a Consultant at Easley-Dunn Productions, where they contributed to the design of several iPhone games.
Krukonis later joined VendorPriceBook.com as a Web Design Intern, where they designed website pages and collaborated with the CEO and main developer. At LAZ Parking, they served as a Shift Lead Supervisor, overseeing a team of valets and ensuring exceptional customer service for VIP guests.
Vytenis further expanded their skills in web development at LydianWeb, working as a Web Development Consultant. Here, they developed web platforms utilizing WordPress and managed websites across a network of E-Commerce websites.
Krukonis then took on the role of Project Manager & Web Developer at EMRG, a Web Development, Marketing, and Reputation Management Agency. Vytenis successfully managed multiple projects, maintained client relationships, and led a team of developers.
Continuing their career progression, Krukonis joined Imperfect Produce as a Customer Care Associate before being promoted to various roles, including Customer Care Shift Lead, Customer Care Manager, and Project Manager - Customer Care Operations. Vytenis excelled in these positions by ensuring excellent customer service and effectively managing customer care operations.
Currently, Krukonis works as a Customer Experience Manager at Reel, where they utilize their experience and skills to enhance the overall customer experience.
From 2006 to 2010, Vytenis Krukonis attended the Savannah College of Art and Design where they earned their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Their focus of study was in Interactive Design and Game Development.
