Franz Jefril Mercado

Franz Jefril Mercado is an experienced hospitality professional with a background in food and beverage service. Currently serving as a Captain Waiter at Reem Al Bawadi Group since January 2018, Franz has previously held the position of F&B Head Waiter at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts and Avani Hotel from January 2014 to June 2017. Franz pursued studies in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management at the University of Batangas from 2005 to 2007, achieving college-level education in the field.
