Stephen Mooney

Stephen Mooney is an accomplished business leader with over 20 years of experience in the technology and finance sectors. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Axiom International Financial Services, Stephen focuses on enhancing revenue and growth by fostering relationships with partners and clients. As Managing Director at Arrow Innovation Ltd, Stephen leverages expertise in raising capital and scaling businesses within B2B Fintech, deep tech, and ESG/Sustainability. Stephen has also contributed to the global venture capital initiative at the Department for Business and Trade, engaging with start-ups to facilitate their growth into global corporations. Previous leadership roles include Managing Director at Synoptic Technologies and Co-Founder at both ENXSuite and Carbonetworks. An MBA graduate from the University of Victoria, Stephen has advised more than 30 technology start-ups and has been instrumental in securing over £20M in investment and sales.
