Romain Masclef

Romain Masclef is an experienced engineering manager and software architect with a strong background in backend development and data management. At Reezocar since May 2020, Romain has led a team focused on scraping and enriching data from car ads, maintaining high code quality, and managing backend infrastructure using technologies like Golang, Kafka, and Kubernetes. Prior roles include Go Developer at TF1 le Groupe, Senior Software Engineer at Eleven Labs and ETS Global, where Romain contributed to the migration of monolithic applications to microservices and implemented event-oriented architectures. Earlier experiences at Altran and other firms involved applying AGILE methodologies and best practices in PHP and JavaScript development. Romain holds multiple degrees in computer engineering and technology.
