Keriann Kozub

Keriann Kozub is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in global management and member experience. Currently serving as Director Global Operations and Head of Partner Success for the US and EMEA markets at REF, Keriann focuses on scaling operations through rapid expansion strategies, reporting directly to the CEO and Chairman. Previous positions include leading the Supply Chain department at Comunal and serving as an Operations Consultant, along with significant roles at EF Educational Tours and AccorHotels where Keriann developed and implemented marketing strategies across numerous international properties. Keriann holds an MBA from Hult International Business School and dual Bachelor's degrees in Supply Chain Management and French Language and Literature from Michigan State University.
