Anton Volovyk

Anton Volovyk has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Anton currently holds the position of co-CEO at Reface, a role they assumed in March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer from December 2021 until March 2023, and as the Chief Business Officer from July 2021 to December 2021 at the same company.

Before joining Reface, Anton worked as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from January 2021 to July 2021. Anton also had a previous stint at BCG as a Summer Consultant from June 2019 to August 2019.

Anton's other professional experiences include working as part of the Business Development, Strategy, and Partnerships team at Reface from September 2020 to January 2021 and as an Investor at Active Partners from June 2020 to August 2020.

Prior to their consulting and business development roles, Anton gained experience in the finance and investment field. Anton worked as a Private Equity Associate at Horizon Capital from April 2016 to July 2018 and as an Investment Banking Senior Analyst at Renaissance Capital from September 2013 to March 2016.

Anton started their career as an Intern at PHI Industrial Acquisitions, where they performed LBO Valuation models and developed divesting strategies for energy equipment installation and maintenance businesses. Anton also gained experience as a Corporate Finance Intern at Jaspen Capital Partners, where they assisted in the bond offering process for a Ukrainian Agricultural Company.

Anton's early work experience includes serving as a Marketing Analyst Intern at Sandvik Mining and Construction, where they conducted a comparative analysis of the company's machine tool stations and prepared a report on the Ukrainian mining industry to identify market opportunities.

Throughout their career, Anton has gained valuable experience in various roles and industries, showcasing their expertise in consulting, finance, business development, and leadership.

Anton Volovyk's education history begins with their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Economy, which they obtained from Kyiv National Economics University between 2008 and 2012. Following this, they pursued further education at IE Business School from 2012 to 2013, earning a Master in Finance degree with a specialization in Finance, General. More recently, from 2018 to 2020, Anton attended Harvard Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
