Kateryna Marushchak

Kateryna Marushchak has a diverse work experience in different roles and industries. Kateryna started their career in 2017 as a Teaching Assistant in Microeconomics at Kyiv School of Economics, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they joined Roland Berger as a Junior Consultant, working there until 2019. From 2019 to 2020, Kateryna worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Logika School. Currently, they are employed at Reface, where they initially held the position of Business Analyst from July 2020 to January 2021. Kateryna has now taken on the role of Head of Business since January 2021.

Kateryna Marushchak obtained their Master of Arts degree in Economic Analysis from the Kyiv School of Economics, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in International Economics and Management from the Kyiv National Economics University, from 2012 to 2016.
