Natalia Shanko

Natalia Shanko has work experience in various roles and companies. From January 2016 to December 2019, they served as a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist at Mad Group. Starting in December 2019 until March 2021, they worked as a Project Manager at Simporter, where they managed market research projects and conducted customer analysis. Currently, they hold the position of Project Manager Team Lead at Reface since March 2021.

Natalia Shanko earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, completing their studies from 2007 to 2011. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the same institution, which they completed from 2011 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Natalia Shanko has obtained several certifications. In May 2021, they earned a certification in IT Project Management from the Projector Institute. More recently, in April 2022, they completed the IT Development Process Course and the PM Hard Skills Course from IAMPM. Additionally, in September 2022, they obtained a certification in Product Management Beginning from the Projector Institute.
