Katrin Maikova

Katrin Maikova currently serves as the Head of Marketing at Refact.ai, an open-source AI Agent for engineering tasks, since January 2024. Previously, Katrin was a Product Marketer at TheNTWK, where responsibilities included customer interviews and market research. Prior to that, Katrin led the Brand Management & Marketing Communications Department at Ingosstrakh, overseeing both mass marketing and BTL campaigns. Katrin also gained experience as a Junior Brand Manager at Danone, focusing on market research for new product launches, and participated in the Surf Danone Development Program for brand performance analysis. Early career experience includes a trainee position in the Category & Customer Marketing department at Mars. Katrin holds two MBA degrees from HARBOUR.SPACE, specializing in Digital Transformation and Product Management with Digital Marketing.
