Joel Rodriguez is the Founder & CEO of ReferIn, a go-to-market tool that facilitates warm introductions for sales teams. Joel has also founded and led PlusReach, worked as Head of Sales at Rebelmail, and held various sales leadership roles at companies like Bluecore and Persado. Joel co-founded acquaintable, a venture-backed startup, and has experience in venture capital at Commonwealth Capital Ventures. Their background also includes founding Duke Business Society and working as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University and completed a programming fundamentals course at General Assembly.
