Thomas Monaghan

Thomas Monaghan has a diverse work experience, starting as a Sales Associate at ING DIRECT in 2005, where they successfully sold and serviced deposit accounts and mortgages. Thomas then moved on to Bella Pictures in 2006, where they created and led the Client Experience and Inside Sales teams, resulting in increased efficiency, customer satisfaction, and 2x sales growth. In 2010, Monaghan joined ReferralExchange as the Director of Sales and Operations, overseeing a 20+ person operations department. In 2015, they were promoted to VP of Sales and Operations, responsible for managing a 60+ person operations department and spearheading initiatives for growth and revenue generation. Throughout their career, Monaghan has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, talent development, and a focus on achieving business goals.

Thomas Monaghan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Delaware, where they studied from 1999 to 2004.
