Neelesh Upadhyay

Neelesh Upadhyay has worked as the Head of Human Resources at Svaryu Energy Limited since November 2022. Neelesh is a Human Resources Post Graduate with extensive experience in talent management, training and development, performance appraisal, welfare activities, industrial relations, organization development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, statutory compliance, manpower planning and budgeting, and vendor management. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Human Resources at Galaxy Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. from June 2021 to November 2022. Before that, they were the Circle Head HR at Essel Group ME from April 2011 to May 2021. Neelesh also worked as the Circle In Charge Human Resources at Reliance Communications from January 2009 to April 2011, and as a Sr. Executive HR at Valeo from February 2007 to January 2009. Their career started as an Executive HR/IR at Abbott Laboratories India Limited from July 2005 to January 2007.

Neelesh Upadhyay completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resource Management from MP Bhoj University, Bhopal, from 2003 to 2005. Following that, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Organization (PGDIBO) at Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2005 to 2006, focusing on Business Administration and Management.

Prior to these degrees, Neelesh Upadhyay obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Sociology from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, Jabalpur, from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, they achieved a Master's degree in Hindi Language and Literature from Govt PG Collage Jagdalpur, from 1999 to 2001.

In terms of certifications, Neelesh Upadhyay obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include certifications such as HR and Digital Transformation, HR as a Business Partner, Talent Management, Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) Cert Prep: Domains 5–7, Creating a Great Place to Work for All, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

One of their early certifications, the DOA & FA certification, was obtained from the Center For Development Of Advanced Computing (CDAC, Pune) in November 2001.
