Jessica Simone MSW SHRM CP

Jessica Simone, MSW, SHRM-CP has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of human resources, fundraising, and program coordination. Jessica is currently serving as the Board Vice President and Board Member for Camp Neringa, Inc. Additionally, they are the Human Resources Operations Manager for Refeyn, where they oversee HR operations in the U.S. Previously, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist at Coverys. Jessica also has experience as a Program Coordinator at Camp Neringa, Inc. and as a Manager of Payroll and Benefits, Human Resources Generalist, and Executive Assistant at BELL (Building Educated Leaders for Life). Jessica has also held positions as a Fundraiser Coordinator at Neringa, Inc., a Macro Intern at The Children's Advocacy Center of Suffolk County, and a Community Impact Intern at United Way of Massachusetts Bay.

Jessica Simone holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from the Boston College Graduate School of Social Work, which they obtained in the period from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Social Work from Siena College, attending from 2009 to 2013. In 2011, they also studied at CEDEI: Center for InterAmerican Studies, but no degree or field of study is specified for that time period. Additionally, Jessica has obtained the certification of SHRM-CP from the Society for Human Resources Management in December 2017.
