Bryan Garcia

Bryan Garcia is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Team Lead for National Accounts at REFFER since May 2025. Prior to this role, Bryan held the position of Director of Operations at Specialized Dental Partners from 2021 to February 2025, where oversight of a national portfolio resulted in significant revenue and EBITDA growth, along with successful regional expansion. Bryan's background includes an Operations Manager role at Amazon, directing inbound operations in a high-volume environment and enhancing team development and retention. Additionally, Bryan served as Director of Operations in the US Navy for two decades, managing global operations and strategic planning for elite teams.
