Evan Hughes

Evan Hughes is the Vice President of Demand Generation at Refine Labs. Prior to joining Refine Labs, Evan was a Senior Marketing Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from January 2018 to April 2021. In their role at AWS, Evan was responsible for developing marketing strategies and guiding campaign execution for end-to-end acquisition marketing programs. Evan also oversaw all aspects of campaign development and execution, ranging from creative and messaging to customer insights, targeting and testing, vendor management, tracking infrastructure and analytics, reporting, and conversion optimizations. Evan is a skilled marketing professional with a proven track record in demand generation, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Evan is a strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing programs that drive sales and product growth. Evan is a team player who is able to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams in order to achieve objectives.
