Jessica Winder

Jessica Williams is the current VP of People at Refine Labs. Prior to joining Refine Labs, Jessica was the Associate Vice President of People & Culture at TimelyMD, Senior HR Business Partner at GM Financial, and Director of HR at Aftermath Services. Jessica has also held positions as a Regional HR Manager at Cash America Pawn and HR Generalist at Turner & Townsend. Jessica has a wealth of experience in human resources and is a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams.

Jessica Williams has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University. Jessica also has a Master's degree in International Public Health from the University of Sydney. Additionally, Jessica has two certificates in Human Resources Development - one from Rice University and one from the UNT Health Science Center. Jessica is also certified by SHRM as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and by HRCI as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
