Melonie Jackson

Melonie Jackson, MBA, serves as the SVP and Chief People Officer at Baystate Health since March 2025. Prior to this role, Melonie was the Vice President of Human Resources at UPMC, overseeing nine hospitals and three physician groups, supporting over 9,400 employees from June 2018 to March 2025. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Spectrum Health, Senior Manager of HR Client Consulting at Capital One, and Director of Human Resources at Methodist Health System. Melonie began a career in human resources at Regions Bank, with positions that included Branch Sales Manager and HR Business Partner. Melonie holds an MBA in Business Administration from Texas Woman's University and has attended the National Executive Leadership Academy at Carnegie Mellon University.
