Lauren Noyes

Lauren Noyes has a diverse work experience ranging from media production to human resources. Lauren is currently working as the Executive Vice President of HR at Refined Technologies, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Head of Talent at ChampionX from June 2020 to August 2022. Before that, they served as the HR Director, Digital at Apergy (now ChampionX) from May 2018 to June 2020. Lauren also has extensive experience in the field of human resources at Emerson Automation Solutions, where they held various roles such as Manager of Strategic Planning & Development, Senior HR Business Partner, and HR Generalist. Lauren also worked at Robert Half International as a Staffing Manager and gained media production experience at KEYE-TV, NBC News, and News 8 Austin. Lauren started their career as an intern at CNBC.

Lauren Noyes pursued their education with a focus on business and journalism. Lauren obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Texas McCombs School of Business, where they participated in the Executive MBA Program from 2014 to 2016. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Journalism at The University of Texas at Austin from 1999 to 2002. During their undergraduate studies, they also attended the Semester Program in Journalism at American University in 2001.
