Luke Carlson

Luke Carlson currently serves as the Senior Director of Investments & Ventures and Senior Director of Global Distribution at Refined Technologies, where experience includes roles as General Manager of Ventures and Shop and Chief of Staff to the CEO since April 2020. Prior to this, Luke worked at CIBC from 2017 to March 2020 as an Associate in Investment Banking focused on the Energy sector. Luke’s career began at ConocoPhillips, where roles spanned from Auditor in Global Internal Audit to Senior Planning Analyst for L48 Strategy and Portfolio Management over a nine-year period. Academic achievements include an MBA from Rice University and a degree from Baylor University, following education at Easton Area High School.
