Trishan Arul

Trishan began working with technology startups in Silicon Valley over 20 years ago during the dot-com days. His career began in public accounting before moving into corporate finance roles at a public diversified aerospace firm, Spar Aerospace. Trishan's love for technology drew him to California where he joined some of the earliest technology pioneers at Interval Research Corporation. In addition to stints in investment management and real estate, his extensive startup experience includes roles in executive management, as a consulting CFO, an investor and Board member. Trishan was on the founding team of Medium.com, was an early investor in Beyond Meat (NASDAQ: BYND), and managed multiple M&A exits. Notably, he has been involved in $100M+ of fundraising both within portfolio companies and as an investor. He's excited to bring his experience "from the coast" to help Midwest entrepreneurs seed another generation of great companies.

Trishan grew up in Toronto, Canada and holds a BA in Business from the University of Western Ontario, an MA in Accounting from the University of Waterloo, and a CPA (inactive).
