Dale Monson

Dale Monson is currently the CFO at Reflect. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Consultant at Project Consulting Group from November 2019 to August 2020. There, they delivered Business Governance strategy across the enterprise to manage the Enterprise Information System Governance to support data quality improvements to drive improved business decisions. Dale also identified multi-million opportunities to drive improved ROI benefits and implemented SOX audit controls and IT security controls to remove gaps in controls processes and delivering DRP/BCP solutions.

Before their time at Project Consulting Group, Monson was the Vice President of Information Technology at Coborn's, Inc. from March 2014 to May 2017. Coborn's is a $1.4B retail corporation with 120+ store locations 1,200 lanes across 6 states and over 7,800 employees. Some of their store formats include grocery stores, gas stations, stand-alone convenience stores, liquor, video, dry cleaning, car wash and pharmacy operations. While at Coborn's, Monson oversaw eCommerce software development and support for B2C Coborn's Delivers and Cash Wise Delivers including delivery and in-store pick-up models. Dale also supported multiple data centers and corporate facilities as well as distribution facilities including store distribution and bakery operations. In addition to executive leadership oversight for development, maintenance and support of all enterprise, distribution and web site initiatives, Monson was responsible for developing engaged Technology group reducing downtime and streamlining processes. Dale Monson has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, and Management from the University of Minnesota. Dale also has a BS in Accounting, Computer Science from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Additionally, they have an AA in Accounting & Computer Science from Austin Community College. Lastly, they have a Diploma in Accounting and Business/Management from High School.

They are on a team with Bart Massey - CTO, Joe English - EVP, Sales, and Bob Sanders - COO. Dale Monson reports to Lee Summers, CEO.
