Currently serving as the Executive Manager of Learning & Development at Reflections Holiday Parks since March 2022, Emma previously held the role of Executive Manager of Human Resources at the same organization. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Pacific Smiles Group, Austar Coal Mine, and the WorkCover Authority of NSW, among others. Emma's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Griffith University and a focused study in Workplace Relations and Employee Engagement from the University of Newcastle.

Reflections is Australia's only social enterprise holiday park group, welcoming 2 million day visitors and overnight guests each year. We care for 39 holiday parks, campgrounds and unique accommodation and 45 community Crown reserves in some of the most picturesque parts of coastal and inland New South Wales.
