Diego Ramirez

Diego Ramirez is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system support, management, and technical assistance. Currently serving as an IT Specialist at Reflex Integrated Inc since September 2018, Diego oversees daily monitoring and management of backup environments for over 500 sites across Canada, alongside developing recovery strategies and conducting maintenance checks. Previously, Diego held various roles at the University of Toronto Transitional Year Programme for over a decade, facilitating Microsoft Office 365 migrations, providing IT support, and managing audiovisual needs for events. Earlier positions at Ontario Family Group Homes Inc. and STAPLES Canada involved delivering multi-tier technical support, configuring IT infrastructure, and enhancing customer service efficiency.
