Rocky Latronica has an extensive work experience in the field of data and analytics. Rocky served as the Head of Data and Analytics at Reflex Media Inc from 2019 to present. Prior to that, they worked as the VP Enterprise Data Management and BI at Citizens Business Bank in 2019. From 2006 to 2019, they held various roles at MGM Resorts International, including Director of Data Architecture and Analytics, Director Customer Data Solutions, and Chief Enterprise Architect. Rocky also worked as the Owner and CEO of The Dearborn Group from 2006 to 2019. Other notable positions include SQL Server Database Consultant at Link Tech Consulting from 2007 to 2011, Consultant in Database Architecture at Wynn in 2006, Lead Database Developer at Station Casinos from 2004 to 2006, Lead Integration Engineer at IGT from 2000 to 2004, and Oracle Database Administrator at Matrix Technologies from 1999 to 2000.

Rocky Latronica has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, with a dual concentration in Management and Finance. Rocky also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Toledo, with a major in Management Information Systems and a minor in International Business Law. Additionally, Latronica has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Youngstown State University, with a dual major in Biology and Chemistry and a minor in Physics.
