Matias Sallent

Matias Sallent is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in both technical leadership and software development roles. Currently serving as Technical Lead at ReflexAI since March 2024, Matias has previously held positions as Senior Software Engineer at TheoremOne and Senior Frontend Developer at Media.Monks. Matias began the professional career at Globant as a Web UI Developer, and earlier served as Application Development Analyst and Associate at Accenture. Matias holds degrees in Information Systems and Computer Science from the University of Buenos Aires, complemented by a Bachelor of Social Sciences from St. John's School.
