Alice Schroeder

Alice Schroeder is an Independent Director at RefleXion and has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector. Alice has held various positions at prestigious companies such as HSBC, Bank of America Merrill Lynch International, and Prudential plc. In 2012, they became the CEO and Chair of WebTuner Corp. and held that position until 2017. Schroeder has been praised for their work in corporate governance and sustainability. In 2019, they joined the board of Natus Medical Incorporated and they served as the Chair of their Audit & Compliance committee until the company was sold to ArchiMed Group in July 2022. Currently, Alice Schroeder is a member of the Audit committee and the Governance committee at RefleXion.

Alice Schroeder graduated with a BBA in finance from The University of Texas at Austin and then went on to earn their MBA in finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
