Jeff Holifield joined RefleXion in November of 2020 as vice president and head of legal with over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, including expertise in SaaS licensing, cloud-based services, marketing partnerships, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing/supply chain issues. Most recently, he was associate general counsel for Nutanix, a cloud computing company. At Nutanix, Jeff led the legal transition from a hardware model to a subscription. His previous tenures include positions at Microsoft, Ericsson, Sun Microsystems, Sony Electronics, and CenturyLink where he directed legal services across both consumer and enterprise businesses. Jeff holds a J.D. from the University of Washington, School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Whitman College.
