Jessica Flores is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in benefits, compliance, and HR operations. Currently serving as HR Manager-Benefits & Compliance at RefleXion Medical since December 2019, Jessica has also held roles such as Senior Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Specialist at various organizations, including BIOCODEX and Alameda Alliance for Health. Previous experience includes positions at Tyson Foods and JW Floor Covering, where Jessica developed a solid foundation in HR practices. Jessica earned a degree from San Jose State University between 2008 and 2011.
